Order from our online menu at www.eurekasky.com. Online ordering is easy and will allow for faster service and minimal contact.

Most orders are ready within 15 minutes. To maintain a safe environment, we are limiting the number of orders per hour. Please do not attempt to visit the store until you receive a text saying your order is ready.

Yes. When you arrive at our store, notify our reception team member, we’ll then have you meet with a Budtender, so that you can modify your online order.

We do not deliver to Presidio, Treasure Island, and other federally owned areas and buildings. Requested destinations must have a physical address.

Delivery orders must be paid with cash only. Delivery orders must be $50 or greater, no cash coin will be given as change back, we’ll round to the nearest dollar. With COVID, all deliveries are curbside. Mask and gloves are worn at all times by our drivers. Valid ID must presented to driver.

Yes. Your driver will be able to make change for your cash payment, bills only no coins, we’ll round to the nearest dollar.

Deliveries will be completed within 2 hours of the initial order or during the chosen delivery time window. In the event your order will not be delivered in the requested 2-hour delivery window then we will notify you directly and you will receive regular ETA updates.

For pick-up orders, there is no minimum order. For delivery, the minimum order is $50 in San Francisco.

We will be following strict health and safety operating procedures during your delivery and will only be asking you to show ID at a close enough distance for us to confirm its validity.

Yes. You need a valid, government-issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, San Francisco City ID, Medical Marijuana Identification Card) to purchase cannabis. Be prepared to display your ID when entering a dispensary or receiving a delivery order. 

The State of California has updated the expired ID policy:

If you are 69 years or under, we cannot accept expired California IDs. 

If you are 70 or older and your ID expired/expires between March 1 and December 31, 2020, you have been granted an automatic 1-year extension from your current expiration date. 

We can accept Medical Marijuana Identification Cards (MMIC) with an expiration date between March 4 and September 16, 2020.

Please see the DMV’s policy regarding expired and soon to expire IDs.

No. Our delivery drivers cannot give the order to anyone other than the individual listed on the delivery. The name on your ID must match the name of the person who placed the order.

Please take time to review your order. We cannot exchange or refund orders per California law. We are happy to return or exchange any product that is not as ordered.

Our menu reflects our real-time inventory. If your product is not listed, call the store at (415) 900-4567 and we’ll help you find what you’re looking for.

Adults 21 or older can possess up to 1 ounce, or 28 grams, of adult-use cannabis, and up to 8 grams of concentrated cannabis. Under MAUCRSA, medical cannabis patients and their caregivers can possess and transport up to 8 ounces.

Absolutely! Please make a note reminding us of your eligibility in your order and we’ll apply your discount. Life Experience and Veterans discounts of 10% off your order are offered daily. However, these are NOT stackable discounts, so you can not apply them with an ongoing or daily product promotion. You can apply them when you redeem your rewards.

No. We will always give you the larger discount, when multiple discounts apply. However, Life Experience and Veterans discounts can be combined with rewards point redemptions.

Please note that the product prices on the menu do not include CA Sales Tax, CA County Tax and SF City Tax totaling  8.5% and CA Excise Tax of 15%.

Only medical patients with a medical cannabis card issued by the California Department of Public Health will be exempt from CA (EXCISE) Sales Tax. For more info on the state medical cannabis card program please see visit the CDPH website.

There is a .35 cent bag fee that will be added to your order. This is a city ordinance.

For every pre-tax dollar you spend, you earn one point which can be redeemed in one hundred-point increments. Points do not expire.

Note: At this time, rewards points may only be redeemed for in-store purchases. Your pretax purchases $amount must be at least twice the $value of your rewards discount $amount.

Yes! For every pre-tax dollar you spend, you accrue one point which can be spent in one hundred-point increments. Points do not expire. Note: At this time, rewards points may only be redeemed for in-store orders. You must agree to all eligibility requirements to earn and redeem reward discounts.

Your Sky reward points will be printed on your store receipt, showing points earned and total points accumulated.

safety reminders

  1. DO NOT visit if you are feeling ill. This is especially important for our at-risk and vulnerable customers.
  2. A limited number of customers, 4 or fewer, will be allowed inside at any given time.
  3. Be prepared to wait in line outside. Dress warmly and bring an umbrella — it might rain!
  4. Social distancing will be followed, with clearly defined 6-foot markers on the sidewalk and counter
  5. Only cannabis Budtenders will handle products, and customers will not be handed any product until transactions are complete.
  6. Increased cleaning and hourly disinfecting will take place for counters, door handles, tabletops, ordering kiosks, ATMs, etc.
  7. All inventory managers are following all necessary safety protocols in handling products once received at our locations, including wearing latex gloves and continuously disinfecting their workstations.
  8. We are not handling IDs or any customer belongings other than cash or credit cards to complete transactions. Transaction devices and areas are sanitized after every payment is collected.
  9. Individuals handling payment shall sanitize/wash hands after every transaction.
  10. No sample “smell” containers of flowers will be utilized at this time.
  11. All products and displays typically in the customer area have been removed.
